What is Hive? An e-commerce marketplace for sustainability-focused, socially-conscious brands. Carrying groceries, cleaning supplies, hard goods, and more, Hive’s mission is to help shoppers buy what they believe in. Each product has a story and a mission. As the Copy Lead and one of the first 12 hires at Hive Brands, I got to craft our brand voice from nothing, build out all of our content on the site (from writing myself to managing other writers), work across social, ads, marketing, emails, etc. Basically, as the sole, full-time writer, if it had words, I made it happen. Check out the site www.hivebrands.com. Here are some examples of the things I worked on from video to social and the box itself. I got to create an experience for each and every customer—and make it really, really memorable.
